Hotel was good little, I appreciated the stay.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with a wide range of food. Good and perfect location, near the railway station, the hotel was in the center of the city.

Great location close to the train station and the city center. the room comes with its own balcony, a coffee maker, and a cozy lounge area. Plus, you'll find a spacious bed to rest on after a long day of exploring. 🌟.

A very pleasant, comfortable hotel in central Sopron. A modern room with an excellent bathroom. Very agreeable staff, a nice buffet breakfast, good internet connection. Excellent value for money! I'll certainly return if again in Sopron.
The floor-carpet was worn, badly stained, and in need of a vacuum- cleaning - but the room was spotlessly clean otherwise.

The hotel was fine and its location was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.
We booked a Superior double, but it was a small room and I do not see how it is different from a regular double. Also the bed was not a twin bed, just two separate beds. And when we asked to change, the hotel staff just said that there was no other option. Also, I booked a parking space, but on the arrival was told that all the parking spaces were reserved and they could not give me one, as at the time I was making a reservation, they were all booked. So, why then it was not marked that there was no capacity for more...

The room and bed were great. The breakfast was very good!
The wifi did not work, and the road noise was excessive until midnight

I stayed at Hotel Palatinus in Sopron due to heating trouble at Civitas, but received the same room type. The recently refurbished room was nice, with shutters to keep out noise. On-site parking was secure, and the man at reception was attentive and polite. The breakfast was good, and the location was close to town.
Would recommend this hotel.

Nothing, it's awful
Awful, no restaurant, no bar, staff difficult. Garage so small it was ridiculous, location was unpleasant. Wifi unavaliable on my floor and wifi was one of the key criteria used in search.

Friendly staff. Modern room.
Some of the bathroom furniture was low quality. For example the towl rail/holder fell of the wall! The breakfast buffet (3th floor) is managed by the receptionist (reception at ground floor). There was no more milk at breakfast, but we didn't want to go down to reception to ask for it because it was quite far.
